Our technical team is involved right from product development until the Start of Production for all new developments. They use a systematic process for new part development until the customer approves the parts for production.

AMASL is trusted source of more than 80+ customers for precision small, medium and large sizes component machining. We specialize in milling, turning and turn mill and offer 3, 4 & 5 axis machining capabilities. We can machine components of size from a few mm up to 10,500mm on milling and turn components of up to 3000mm in diameter.

AMASL has a dedicated team of 50 employees working on assembling our customer’s products and assemblies. We have expertise in assembling turning center’s on flow line, healthcare assemblies and assemblies for aerospace components.

Our in-house inspection include: 3D CMM’s, height gauges, Surface roughness, ultrasonic thickness measuring, full range of gauges, templates and manual measuring instruments.

We have a dedicated supply base for pre and post machining process close to our units for carrying out surface treatment, painting and are continuously monitored by our supplier quality team.

Since 2012, AMASL has been manufacturing Aluminium Low pressure die-castings, Tilt gravity die castings and sand castings. The dies for the castings are manufactured in-house to ensure the casting is right the first time.
